As we reach the end of a very successful Module 3, I am writing to inform you of the arrangements planned for the remainder of the week and the beginning of Module 4. Friday 13th February 2026 is an Academy INSET day. The Academy will be closed to all students for staff training and development on that day. The final day this half term for students is Thursday 12th February 2026.

It is a pleasure to reflect on the exceptional experiences and opportunities our students have engaged with over the past several weeks. It has been a highly productive term, marked by several significant milestones, including, our successful University & Apprenticeship Showcase, Year 12 Employability Days at the prestigious Tallow Chandlers’ Hall in the City of London, not to mention our Ofsted result that highlighted the phenomenal impact our Academy has on the lives of our pupils.

Our Key Stage 4 and 5 students continue to impress us with their dedication. As they prepare for their upcoming summer examinations, they are embodying the IB Learner Profile, demonstrating that they are balanced, caring, and reflective thinkers.

The Academy will re-open to all students on Monday 23rd February 2026 after the Early Spring Break. To ensure a purposeful start to the day, please remember that students must be in full Academy uniform and on-site by 8:20am. Failure to arrive by this time results in a loss of personal time at the end of the day. Punctuality is essential not only for your child’s own learning, but also to prevent disruption to the learning environment for others.

Please continue to stay in contact with your child’s small school if you require any support. We wish you and your family a restful and enjoyable  half-term break.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Russell

Principal
